About the Event
Managing Tough Conversations
This session provides an overview of the foundational pieces of managing challenging conversations and situations as an HR professional. It is based on the leadership development Judy has successfully used with her clients to overcome challenge and move towards desired outcomes.
It is not the situation that challenges us, it is our reaction to it. In this session we will explore how to manage and use our perceptions and reactions to guide our behaviour. By learning some techniques to ground yourself and tools to organize your message, this session will provide the building block to help you move towards creating better understanding in your relationships.
You can’t control others, but you can manage your reactions so you can show up your best when you need it the most.
Join us and add some tools to your HR toolkit that will help you in all aspects of your career and life.
